Spicy Orange Pecans
Serve these citrus spiked sweet, spicy pecans with a chicken salad with dried fruits or for a sweet sensation, add to chocolate ice cream. For an after dinner treat, pair with Grand Marnier.
- 2 teaspoons vegetable, walnut or chili oil
- 2 cups Zenobia Mammoth Pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Zest of one well washed orange
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or chili powder
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
